| Instructions | Step 1: Remove the temporary white caps. Step 2. Fill the tubes with warm water to the fill line indicated on the back of the tubes. 3. Re-attach the white caps firmly and shake thoroughly to mix the ingredients and activate the tubes. Step 4: Attach hooks to black caps. Proper attachment of the hooks helps to ensure the tubes do not fall. Step 5: Attach black caps to the tubes. Be careful, not to spill the activated mixture. Now ready to deploy. Step 6: Deploy the tubes in the shade. Hang at least 80 feet away from where people gather outdoors. |
